Amendment / Cancellation Policy
Amendment is limited 1 time/booking and required at least 3 days prior to arrival and confirmation is subject to room availability.
Peak season are non-refundable, no cancellation allowed : Dec 23 - Jan 10, Apr 12 - Apr 16.
If your reservation is cancelled within 1 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 100 percent of stay.
If your reservation is cancelled within 2 to 7 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 1 night(s).
If your reservation is cancelled more than 7 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 0 night(s).
For 'NO SHOW', the deposit is nonrefundable.
* Cancellation is required on every cancel request for 10% fee of deposit amount.
* Refund amount will be deduct by cancellation charge, cancellation fee and the refund transfer fee.

* Early check-out is subject to 1 night charge.

- All rates are NET in 'Thai Baht' including all taxes and service charges.
- Child from less than 3 years old sharing room with their parents is free of charge. The required breakfast for child is chargeable.
- Check-in time is '14:00 hrs' and Check out time is '12:00 hrs'.
- Reservations will be held until '14:00 hrs' unless guaranteed by Credit Card or cash Deposit.
- After 14:00, late check-out charge is 50 %.
- After 18:00, late check-out charge is 100 %.
- No wheel chair access
- No pet is allowed
- Exchange rates are estimated and for the purpose of INFORMATION only.
- If we are not able to charge deposit through your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or
under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
